Market Update
July- September Quarter 2011
Transaction volume was solid moving up 20% from the previous quarter. Any volume over 150 across our offices indicates an extremely active market.
We keep moving up the chain with the focus now on the 2,000m2 – 5,000m2 leasing band. This range doubled in volume from the previous quarter with many medium size businesses finding new facilities.
Total leasing percentage of transactions remained steady as we would expect in the current economic environment.
